There is a dedicated volunteer recruitment team at Scope Global, who are specialised at selecting applicants for the AVID program. The process is inclusive and based on a mixture of merit, relevant qualifications, demonstrated skills and experience as well as suitability to the overall objectives of the AVID program.
The process from when you submit your application to when you depart on assignment can take up to 4-5 months. This gives you time to wrap up any loose ends here in Australia and make sure you are completely prepared for your volunteer experience.
